Giggles & Glam Mobile Parties Party Event Contract

Please review and sign all details related to this event contract to ensure that you understand and agree to all charges, fees, expectations, liabilities, and responsibilities of each party involved (i.e., Giggles & Glam Mobile Parties, LLC and you).

Services will begin promptly at the time indicated in the email confirming all your event details. Please advise all guests that the party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All activities are carefully planned and any child that arrives late may join the activity which is currently taking place, and given remaining time available may not be able to receive all other party services that have already been completed for the other guests. This is necessary to ensure the least amount of disruption to the party. However, we will do our best to make sure each girl feels special and included despite arriving late if the time allows us to do so. Understanding this policy is appreciated.

We will arrive up to one hour before the party is scheduled to set up all furniture and materials for the event. More time for set up may be needed with additional services added. For all packages that include spa services, we will need access to fresh, warm water to fill all pedicure and manicure bowls. Upon arrival we will ask for the best location to dispose of any used water from the event. We will need about 30-45 minutes to clean up and take down all furniture and materials after the event has finished.

The entertainment time booked with our hostesses for each of our packages is as follows:

  • The Mini Glam Jam - 1 hour

  • All the Giggles Spa Package - 2 hours

  • Glam It Up Makeover Package - 2 hours

  • Giggles & Glam Party Package - 3 hours

  • Tween Party Package - 3 hours

**A party is not booked until confirmed by Giggles and Glam Mobile Parties and a deposit is paid. Parties may be scheduled no later than 5 days in advance of your desired party date.

Security Deposit & Gratuity: We request a $100.00 deposit to hold your date and begin preparations for your party. Upon booking confirmation you will be emailed an invoice where you can pay your deposit by Zelle. We do offer alternative forms of payment (i.e., PayPal, Venmo, Wix Payments), however a 3% processing fee will apply to these alternative forms of payment. The deposit payment will be subtracted from your party total and the remaining balance will be due 48 hours before your event. Deposit is non-refundable. Gratuity is not included in our package pricing, but tips are appreciated for stellar service.

Travel: Party packages include roundtrip travel within a 20 mile radius from zip code 85381. A fee of $1.50 per mile is charged for travel beyond the 20-mile zone for each hostess of your party. This charge is necessary to cover the extra gas, time, and vehicle wear and tear. We will give you a quote on additional mileage fees at the time of booking.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds:

We strive our best to work with you when rescheduling occurs, however, it is based upon availability. We must receive at least one week's notice to reschedule or cancel your party. If you need to cancel or reschedule your party for any reason we cannot refund your deposit, as we begin preparations for your party immediately upon booking your slot. We will gladly try to accommodate you to reschedule your party within 6 months from the original party date. There will be a $50.00 charge for a date-change request by the client. In cases of bad weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies for our hostesses, Giggles & Glam Mobile Parties reserves the right to reschedule your party and will provide a $50 credit towards the rescheduling of your event. Your $100 deposit will be applied towards the cost of the new scheduled party. If you choose to cancel your party and not reschedule for whatever reason, a refund will not be issued. We do not offer refunds or credits for guests who do not show up on the day of the party.

RSVP Confirmation:

You will need to confirm your final guest count with Giggles & Glam Mobile Parties (2) days prior to the party date. This will be the confirmation number Giggles & Glam Mobile Parties will use to plan your party, and you will be charged accordingly. All of our packages are priced to include up to a maximum number of guests (including Guest of Honor). Additional guests over the maximum of each package tier will require an additional fee. Once you have given a final head count, you cannot add on any additional guests as we cannot guarantee we will have all materials needed to accommodate them. If you happen to have more guests arrive than RSVP’d please inform those guests that you cannot guarantee they will be able to participate in the Giggles & Glam party. Please let us know when we arrive that you have a few late RSVPs and explore what options we might be able to add-on given the late notice. We will reach out to you via text or email 2 days before your event to confirm headcount. If you do not provide a final headcount, then we will have to go by the headcount that you provided us with when you booked the party.

Guest Attendance:

Some guests may not show up even if they RSVP. Please remember you will be charged for the final guest count you confirmed prior to the party, regardless if a child does not show up, because we use this headcount to make preparations for your event. Sometimes you have more guests than you expected the day of the party. An additional guest fee will be charged per guest overthe maximum of your tiered package. Those prices are as follows:

  • The Mini Glam Jam - $15

  • Just For Giggles Spa Package - $25

  • Glam It Up Makeover Package - $30

  • Giggles & Glam Party Package - $40

  • Tween Party Package - $40

**We only pack the number of major materials needed for the headcount provided, but we will do our best to accommodate last-minute additions with Spa and/or Makeover services given availability of extra materials and extra time needed.

Liability:

Giggles & Glam Mobile Parties, its owners, affiliates, and employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents that may occur while on your premises, or any premise that you rent or borrow for us to host your party. We assume no responsibility for allergies relating to food items, clothing, make-up, injuries to party guests, or property damage that occur before, during, or after the party. As party entertainment planners, we can assure you we will provide a safe environment for you and your guests and will treat your home or chosen venue with great quality, care and respect. All liability will lie strictly with the client. You must inform each parent that we will be using various products on guests' hair, skin, and nails. You are responsible for making sure that each child has permission from the parent to use all of our products. We do use cosmetic products that are labeled as non-toxic and safe for use on children, but if specific ingredients are of concern, please notify us and we will check our products and make accommodations if necessary. If there is a child that must not come in contact with any of our products, makeup, nail polish, etc… you, the parent are responsible in letting us know and are responsible in making sure that the child does not come in contact with the products of concern. Please note that all services performed are for entertainment purposes only and not conducted by licensed estheticians or cosmetologists.

Waiver Form:

All guests must sign and complete a service waiver form prior to the event.

Costumes and Robes:

All costumes/robes are made to wear over clothing. For the best experience, we recommend guests wear fitted clothing to the party and/or a bathing suit under their clothing if they choose to wear our costumes.

Damage:

We understand accidents happen. However, the client will be held responsible for excessive damage sustained to costumes and/or any property of Giggles & Glam Mobile Parties. To prevent damage to our furniture and materials we do not allow setups on wet or damp grass or on dirt lawns. These are some of the costs for the following items: $20 per chair, $20 per foot table, $25 per costume, $15 for robes, $10 for pillow or linens, $5 per large accessory item, $200 per picnic table, $30 per side table.

Photos/Video:

We always encourage parents to take as many photos and recorded videos as possible. All our photos or videos taken by our Company are the sole ownership of Giggles & Glam Mobile Parties and we may use them for promotional purposes on our website, print ads or publications. We always respect our client’s privacy and for this reason, your personal information will not be disclosed to third-parties. We will always ask permission to take any photos that might include guests' faces.

Supervision:

It is the responsibility of the client, guest and/or guests’ parents or guardians to supervise all children and activities relating to the entertainment. We ask that there be adult supervision at all times during the party to attend possible needs or any misbehavior of any child.

We are here to ensure that your experience is a memorable one. We do request that if the children are not behaving parents step in to control the situation. We will strive to keep your party running smoothly as this is our specialty!
